What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, where you are building, whether you have a section, your indicative budget, your timeframe and whatever you write in the message field. That is all.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, if we go ahead together, to quote and run your build. The budget and timeframe questions exist so we can tell you quickly whether we are the right builder for you.
Who sees it
JSR Construction. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete your details and we will.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to measure visits, page use and actions such as enquiry submissions, phone clicks and email clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies and receive technical information such as your device, browser and approximate location. We do not send Google the personal details entered into the enquiry form.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call and we will sort it out.
